Background
Goal
Enable real-world crypto usage through compliant, onchain payments — driving user engagement, AUM, and DAU by moving stablecoins from savings into everyday transactions.
Problem
Over 40% of buy volume involved stablecoins like USDC and USDT, but usage was mostly limited to holding and savings. We believed that introducing a wallet within the exchange could unlock more everyday ways for users to actually use their stablecoins.
Challenge
The flow was large and fast-moving, with tight deadlines, frequent changes, and multiple stakeholders. A major challenge was ensuring clarity and confidence for users without overwhelming them.

I led content strategy for Pay across onshore and offshore markets, shaping a consistent, intuitive experience across global deposit and transfer flows. The project spans 500+ touchpoints, where I identified and resolved key usability gaps, including friction around moving deposited assets back into the wallet. As launch approached, I refined critical paths to ensure clarity, compliance, and confidence at scale, while mentoring a fellow content designer to strengthen execution across the team.

Pay required close coordination across design, product, legal, engineering, marketing, and leadership. As the primary content point of contact, I translated cross-functional input into clear strategy, proactively addressing friction and aligning messaging across teams. Through structured reviews and early issue escalation, we maintained alignment under evolving requirements and delivered a cohesive global experience.
