Goal

Bring crypto into everyday spending with a debit card that feels as intuitive as traditional payments.
Success means reaching 20,000 users in the first three months and scaling to 100,000 in year one.

Problem

Crypto is powerful, but still unfamiliar as a daily payment method. Across Brazil and Europe, users trust traditional debit cards, not crypto-backed spending.

Challenge

Turn complex crypto infrastructure into a smooth, compliant, and intuitive experience.
This meant simplifying technical flows like 3DS authentication, spending limits, and regulatory requirements without overwhelming users.

Led end-to-end content strategy across product and marketing. Owned content design for core card flows including application and onboarding, transactions, security verification, card education, and spending limits. Built the full push notification and email program and defined content across frontend and backend systems to ensure clarity, consistency, and user trust.

How we worked

Partnered closely with product design, product management, PMMs, engineering, legal, and marketing to align content across the card experience. Synthesized stakeholder feedback, led content reviews, and advocated for clear, user-first decisions throughout fast-moving iterations.
